Graduated with a Business Administration degree from FEA/USP, he holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining Fortezza Partners, Denis was the head of the middle-market M&A division at Credit Suisse from 2004 to 2018. He was also a Manager at Arthur Andersen, responsible for mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan. Before joining Fortezza Partners, he worked in the middle-market M&A division at Credit Suisse and at IGC Partners, in São Paulo. Daniel was Associate at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) in New York from 2015 to 2017, where he covered clients from Latin America with offshore investments.
Graduated with a double degree in Business Administration and Economics from Insper. Before joining Fortezza Partners, Priscila was a partner at the M&A boutique Brava Negócios from 2014 to 2018. Previously, she worked for the Investment Banking division of BR Partners from 2010 to 2013 and in the M&A Advisory division of Patria Investimentos from 2009 to 2010.
Graduated with a Business Administration degree from FEA/USP. Prior to joining Fortezza Partners, Harold had 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry at Fleury Group, where he was the Head of M&A and responsible for 30+ acquisitions. At Fleury Group he was also the head of FP&A, Strategic Intelligence, Reporting and Costs department.
Graduated with an International Relations degree from PUC-SP and attended the Economics undergraduate program at Getulio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo (FGV-SP). Sophia has more than 10 years of experience in the M&A and Private Equity industries. Prior to joining Fortezza Partners, she was an Investment Professional at STS GAEA Capital. She also worked at Credit Suisse Investment Banking division executing M&A and ECM transactions in several sectors
